Located at River Valley Ranch (PJM’s beautiful camp and retreat facility in Manchester, MD), the RVR Residency Program is a yearlong opportunity for young adults to gain invaluable experience in Christian ministry, while living and working onsite in community and serving alongside River Valley Ranch’s dedicated camp professionals!

Each year RVR seeks out vibrant, ministry minded individuals to serve for 8-10 weeks in numerous capacities facilitating our premier summer camp programs in northern Maryland! From counselors to prep cooks, multimedia techs, nurses, lifeguards, and more, this is more than a summer job— it’s a chance to serve, make an eternal impact in the lives of the next generation, and become part of the RVR community for years to come.
